Vinod Tawde was born in famous “Girangaon” that is Lalbaug and a native of a Konkan. He is the most youngest President of the Mumbai Metropolitan unit of any political party. He has been associated with various social activities since his school days.After compliting his Engineering graduation he worked as full time worker of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP – Largest Student Movement in India ) and then he was National General Secretary of ABVP. As a ABVP full time worker his contribution in Student’s Experience in Inter State Living Project, Mumbai and Delhi University Student Council election was remarkable. Currently adorning the post of leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislative Council.
