                  Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.

2.                  Unanimously elected as Regional Representative for Asia Region of Executive Committee of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association at Trinidad and Tobago in September 1999.

3.                  Elected as Vice President of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association ( CPA ) in September 2001 in Australia by defeating Chairman of Senate of Malaysia Parliament.

5.         Represented Indian Parliament in United Nations as first Indian Deputy Speaker in the second          

                  world Conference of Speakers of Parliament in New York September 2005.

                 Unanimously Elected As Vice President Of 112th IPU (International Parliamentary Union) In   

                 Manila also Chaired The Session As President Of 112TH IPU.
